Scrape

It's been a rat race of a week and month for sure.  I've kicked in almost a solid month at job number 2/3, FedEx Ground, back to being a package handler in the morning.  It's paid cross fit, and it's nowhere near as intense as it used to be, which is giving me more hours than I got last time around.  Hopefully when the benefits and everything kick in, we can save even more money at my wife's job with her INSANE medical insurance.

The trophy shop is coming along, almost profitable, which is exciting.  I just need to dial in a few things and then I can blow it up in earnest.  It's been getting kind of fun actually.

Beyond that, still scraping.  Every day.

Go Go Go

It's been an unusually difficult week. The business is job 2 showed significantly, but job 3 is primed and cranking. Job 4 is coming. If you count my wife's jobs (5 and 6), we almost make enough money to live paycheck to paycheck. Almost. It's great. I love Colorado.

Slipping Like DMX

It's been so damn difficult to exist in a place so loathesome to me. My friends live thousands of miles away. This place considers me dead. I'm okay with that. It'll be true enough at one point or another anyway. We'll see if my body outlasts my will.

The Struggle

DMX said one time sometime like how to live was to struggle, but to survive was to find beauty in the struggle.

I don't know how bad it is for anyone else, but it's tough. Starting my third job tomorrow, hopefully picking up a fourth before Halloween. We will see. I will survive. One way or the other, I will survive, and I'll find beauty in it.
